Hope of America

Brooklyn performing in the Hope of America Concert - April 2013

Happy Birthday Brooklyn! Boy has the time gone. Our little girl is growing up. She had many days filled with birthday fun. On her birthday Dad made her Swedish Pancakes and was able to go on her field trip with her to see the Little Mermaid Play, then Mom and Dad took her to Olive Garden for Lunch. We are so blessed to have you in our lives. You are fun, outgoing, a good student, a good sister and bring absolute joy into our lives. We Love you Brooklyn!

Lagoon 2013

Lagoon this year was jacket and coat weather which ended up being perfect because hardly anybody was there. We enjoyed a lot of fun and made lots of memories!

Kiley's School Projects

Some of Kiley's School Projects. She worked hard and they were fun to see and do. She has enjoyed 2nd grade.

Hang Time

For Taylor's Basketball team party we went to Hang Time. I was too busy talking and didn't take as many pictures as I should have, but they had a lot of fun any way!

Spring Break

One of the things we did over spring break this year was go and visit the Gilbert's. We went Swimming, Fishing, 4 wheeling and enjoyed family, friends and conference. It was a good time!

BYU Hike

We to the kids and hiked to the Y. The kids did really well. I was really proud of them. They were then rewarded with pizza after.

Taylor's Basketball

Taylor had a great year of Basketball this year. He played Bantam Basketball this year which made the boys have to step up their game learn to play as a team. The first winter league was the boys learning and growing, the March league was them winning and having fun. It was such a good experience for the boys to be able to see first hand how their hard work can pay off. It was a lot of hours and work but it was worth it to see the boys change, grow and have fun!

Skiing

Brandon was able to take the kids up Skiing at Sundance a couple times this year. They had a lot of fun. They learned a lot crashed a lot and enjoyed skiing with their cousins!

Wyatt

Wyatt learned to ride his bike in 1 day all by himself. I helped him for a little bit, then his cousin Jaxon came over and helped him and he was like a pro. It was crazy how fast he learned. Now he can't get enough of it.

Kiley's Bike

Kiley won this bike from school. The kids participated in a school fundraiser where you had to sell pizza coupons. If you sold 10 your name was entered into a drawing for this bike. She was so excited. Brandon was able to be at the school when they announced her name and was able to see all of her friends jump up and hug and congradulate her. It was really exciting!

Utah Pioneers- Brooklyn's 4th grade school program. They worked very hard and it showed. Brooklyn learned to square dance and it was very fun to watch.

Birthday Party for Wyatt, Keegan and Grandpa. We went to Planet Play to celebrate. We had a good time on the go carts, miniture golf, laser tag, bowling, dinner and fun! Happy Birthday!

Brooklyn's Basketball 2013

Brooklyn chose to play Basketball this year. She sure found another talent. She really excelled for this being her first year. She was by far the best defender. It was a joy to watch her play, excel and grow. Way to Go Brooklyn!

St. George March 2013

Bj had a Softball Tournament in St. George so we decieded to make it a family trip. We were able to have the Petersen's and Gilberts join us in our adventure. We were able to get a 3 bedroom condo with our own hot tub on our deck. The kids were in heaven with this alone, but with the weather being perfect in the 70's, visiting the Jacob Hamblin home, watching Bj's games and going on an adult dinner to a unique steak house we had a fabulous weekend.

Valentines Day!

Love in in air this Valentines Day!
With Pink Pancakes and Taylor's Box that was his fishing pole and tackle box that said he was a Big Catch drop me a line. Brooklyn's three Valentines she had to pick from and Wyatt making fun of them all made for a great day!

Provo Cheer

The girls did a Provo High Cheer Clinic. They learned a lot and had fun performing during half time of the Provo Basketball Game. Go Bulldogs!!!

St. George 2013

In January Bj had a softball tournament in St. George. So the Petersons and us took a trip down south. We had a good time. We went to the Temple, found a great place to eat where they brought your food to you on a hot rock and you cooked the meat to your taste, watched movies got in the hot tub, watched Bj play his games and enjoyed a nice get away!

Circus 2013

We took the family to the circus. This is always a fun family event. This year they came and picked Bj out of the crowd to particapte with the clowns. It was a lot of fun and a good laugh!

Family Ski Trip

For my birthday we took the family on a ski trip. We had a blast. All the kids skied and then we went to the Condo at Wolf Creek that is just about five minutes from the ski resort and spent the rest of the weekend playing. We had a good time relaxing, swimming, making rice crispy trains, playing games and just having fun together. I wish i would have taken more pictures.

2012

As 2012 comes to a close and 2013 is coming up I sit here and think of all the fun, hard,challenging, exciting things that have happened in 2012. This book is fun to see some of the highlights but as we can't capture everything in a picture we had a lot of ups and down's. With the boat being totaled this year, the changes in the company, Bj passed his EMT course, our miracle when Bj broke his nose in Mesquite, and many many more things I can't seem to think of right now. We have truly been blessed this year beyond measure and count our blessings every day!

Christmas Day

Christmas Day at Grandma Holt's. This year we were there with Lisa's family to open gifts from Grandma. It was nice and not so crazy. We stayed for lunch and then visited with the family as they came and went. We then came home and Bj took a nap as I made soup for dinner. We then got everything ready to go out to Angie's house for dinner and a night of sledding. It was a good Christmas!

Christmas Morning

Christmas Morning at our House - The big things the kids received this year were Taylor and Brooklyn received their first guns after passing hunters safety, Kiley received her first bow and Wyatt loved everything. It is so fun at our house on Christmas Morning as the kids are just as excited for their new toothbrushes as they are for their other gifts.

Biroge Christmas Party

This year was a crazy year for the Biorge Christmas Eve Party - With people being late that effects everyone beyond our family into the extended family it made for a crazy night. Luckily for us we got snow so Bj was out pushing snow all night.

Grandma Holt's Christmas Party

December 23, 2012 Grandma Holt's Christmas Party - This year the Koyle Family had us for Christmas and unfortunately they couldn't be here but they defiantly spoiled us. The kids all had fun in their crazy hats!

Sledding

Sledding up Squaw Peak - We are loving the snow this year! The kids are loving the sledding this year as last year we didn't get to go much. We love the Snow!

Wyatt's Christmas Program

Wyatt's School Christmas Program - His program was at BYU and he was a Drummer Boy. He was so cute he kept waving to us threw out the whole program. This year Brandon and I, Erik Merrill and Grandma Holt were able to watch how cute he was.

cRAZy hAiR DaY

The kids earned a Crazy Hair Day at School. As you can see Crazy Hair Day might also go with Crazy Kid Day!

Brooklyn's Choir

Brooklyn is in the School Choir this year. So far she has had many performances from Macey's to BYU. She has loved this new opportunity and is doing very well.

Gilbert Christmas Party

Gilbert Family Christmas Party - This year we crashed the family Christmas Party! As the boys were trapping we were getting to know the Gilberts' a little better. Kiley was brave enough to play her Christmas song on the piano during the talent show. The kids loved seeing the zebra with Santa. Thank you Gilberts for the games, talents and fun!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving 2012 - This year Taylor and Bj went to the Turkey Bowl, then we went to Grandma Holts for Thanksgiving. As always we had a lot to be Thankful for this year as we had many changes and challenges with work that we were blessed to get threw them together and come out better for going threw the them.
